This morning we spotted the man back at the lot again, this time he was cleaning his car and doing some maintenance in the open lot. Mid day we spotted the car with the couple that comes for a little lunch time play-time. We have seen them having some shenanigans in the parking lot and today it looks like they returned again. The smoking couple also stopped by for their daily break.
