Here is a very suspicious activity at the beach lot. A man pulls up in his Volvo and then changes the plates on his car. This is very unusual as obviously a car should only have one set of plates. He is likely changing them to hide his vehicle information from speed cameras or for parking restrictions. We also spotted several teens running through the woods at the picnic forest.
