This one starts with a little fake out. A man peeks under the scaffolding as if he was coming to pee and then walks away. Guess he had second thoughts. There was also a local creeper coming to do a little dumpster diving that can be seen from this camera. Later ee spotted some activity around the monument this evening too with some teens exploring the area.
