This is a long one, but I wanted to keep it all here. We see a few guys hanging out near the construction site, having a conversation. This isn’t anything unusual, except they are not saying anything. This group is signing to each other the entire time. I have noticed a lot of people using sign language around town in the recent years, seems it is an effective way to communicate even if you don’t speak the same national language.
