Our camera at the monument caught several people sneaking around and exploring in the fresh snow. This area is technically restricted and fenced off due to risk of falling stones from the walls. However, just like any abandoned buildings or other restricted areas, this attracts explorers who want to see more. Graffiti covers the back side of this monument and frequently new tags appear. We spotted a few people even on top of the monument. They braved the snowy and icy stairs to access the top.
