Maybe it is just the wind

This one is a little hard to tell if there is anything going on, but if you watch carefully the van does seem to move a little. We can hear a second car pull in next to the van at about 1 minute, but can’t tell if it is joining the van. You can see the wheel rock a little around 6 minutes. At 7 minutes, the man exits the van and walks away. He returns at 12 minutes and drives away. In between, it does appear that there is some rocking in the van, but maybe it was just the wind blowing the van around.
