Today we spotted our worker back again. This time his truck was full of trash bags, but he wasn’t making any deposits. Still scratching my head about the backpack the other day. As the day goes on we see plenty of people coming by the parking lot and out enjoying the summer weather. At one point, we see a local with a wheelbarrow taking a load into the woods and returning empty. This was mostly yard waste, but he still should not be dumping in this natural area.
