It seems that the barriers were moved a few days ago and now vehicles are getting back into the lot without any resistance. The barriers were intended to help prevent vehicles from getting to the bike path at the end of the parking lot. This lot is technically only a utility access and not a public road. It is only a matter of time until the barriers are returned to blocking the access road.
