At the crack of dawn, the workers come to the parking lot for a little break. They were probably out all night cleaning trashcans along the main bike path and nearby parks. Later in the day, we see a couple of bikers that look like they are out for a long road trip. They stop at the parking lot for a quick rest stop and the man heads off into the pee trail.
