Subscriptions

New Subscriptions

Subscriptions are subject to a cancellation and full refund within the first 30 days. Upon requesting a refund, the subscription will be terminated and access to subscription level content will be revoked. Accounts will be reverted to “watcher” level membership upon cancellation.

Subscription Renewals

Renewing subscriptions are subject to a 14 day cancellation period with refund. After 14 days, any cancellations will not be subject to a refund for the billing period. Accounts will be reverted to “watcher” level membership upon cancellation.

Digital Downloads and Digital Content

Downloadable Media

Downloadable content is not subject to refunds. All content is considered “opened product” and used upon purchase.

Refunds

Once your refund request has been received, we will review your subscription to ensure it is applicable to the refund requested. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of submitting a refund request, however additional time may apply before the payment is returned based on the payment processor.

Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Use or DMCA/Copyright policies will not be subject to a refund.

Late or missing refunds

Payments will be returned directly to the payment method used. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. If payment is not received within 14 days of your refund confirmation, please contact your bank or payment method to verify the payment has not been received.
