We spotted plenty of people lurking and exploring around the monument today. At one point, we also saw an old trash bag blowing around in the wind and drifting around near the monument.
We caught a group of teens hanging out in the corner near the monument. They all seem to be getting their nicotine fixes from snus and cigarettes. We catch them chilling and chatting in the corner for a little while.
